Regional Technology Lead

As Regional Technology Lead at ARAMARK, you will oversee technology operations for multiple food and facilities locations, ensuring reliable POS, back-of-house, and facility systems. Responsibilities

• Oversee technology infrastructure and systems across regional Aramark sites
• Partner with operations leaders to align technology solutions with business needs
• Lead implementation, upgrades, and integrations of POS and facility systems
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate onsite service and support
• Ensure compliance with security, safety, and data protection standards
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive root-cause resolution
• Develop regional technology roadmaps and continuous improvement plans
• Provide training, documentation, and support to onsite managers and staff
• Track KPIs, report on system health, and recommend optimizations
• Support budgeting, asset management, and lifecycle planning for technology
