2nd Shift Operations Manager

ARAMARK is seeking a 2nd Shift Operations Manager for Environmental Services at Floyd Medical Center. In this role, you will lead EVS staff to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming healthcare environment. Responsibilities include supervising 2nd shift teams, managing schedules, training employees on cleaning and infection-control standards, and inspecting work quality. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise 2nd shift environmental services (EVS) staff at Floyd Medical Center
• Plan and manage staffing, schedules, and work assignments for 2nd shift
• Ensure cleaning, sanitizing, and waste-handling meet healthcare and infection-control standards
• Conduct regular inspections to verify quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Train and coach team members on procedures, safety, and customer service
• Coordinate with hospital departments to respond to service requests and issues
• Monitor inventory and usage of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Promote a culture of safety, inclusivity, and continuous improvement
• Address performance issues and support employee development
• Report operational metrics and issues to senior management
