Onsite Services Specialist

The American National Red Cross seeks a Service to the Armed Forces Specialist to support service members, veterans, and their families through compassionate, mission-driven services. In this role, you will coordinate emergency communications, provide casework and referrals, and connect military families to vital resources. You will build partnerships with military installations and community agencies, deliver outreach and briefings, and support volunteers. Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and referrals to service members, veterans, and military families
• Coordinate Service to the Armed Forces (SAF) emergency communication messages and casework
• Partner with military installations, VA facilities, and community agencies to deliver Red Cross programs
• Conduct outreach, briefings, and presentations about SAF services and resources
• Recruit, train, and support volunteers to expand program reach
• Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and reports in Red Cross systems
• Participate in disaster and emergency responses impacting military communities
• Collaborate with internal Red Cross teams to improve services and outreach strategies
• Ensure services are culturally competent, inclusive, and aligned with Red Cross standards
• Represent the Red Cross at military and community events to strengthen partnerships
