Crew Leader

Yellowstone Landscape is hiring a Crew Leader - Tree Care to lead commercial tree care projects for HOAs, resorts, and commercial properties. You will supervise a small crew, plan daily work, and ensure safe, efficient pruning, removals, stump grinding, and debris clean-up. Operate and train others on chain saws, chippers, bucket trucks, and other equipment while enforcing OSHA and company safety standards. Collaborate with managers to review job specs, track materials and equipment, and deliver high-quality, on-schedule results. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a commercial tree care crew on daily projects
• Plan and organize work for pruning, removals, and clean-up
• Operate and oversee safe use of chainsaws, chippers, and bucket trucks
• Enforce OSHA and company safety policies on every job site
• Inspect trees and work areas to identify hazards and proper work methods
• Communicate with supervisors on job scope, timelines, and progress
• Train crew members on equipment, safety, and quality standards
• Ensure proper cleanup, chip/wood disposal, and site restoration
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in good working order
• Document work performed and report issues or incidents promptly
