Lifeguard

Four Points by Sheraton seeks a vigilant Lifeguard to ensure a safe, relaxed pool experience for all guests. You'll monitor pool areas, enforce rules, and respond quickly to emergencies using certified lifesaving, CPR, and first aid skills. Responsibilities include water surveillance, guest interaction, pool deck cleanliness, and basic water-quality checks. You'll work closely with a supportive hotel team that values integrity, respect, and inclusion, with opportunities for training and growth across the wider Marriott portfolio in a welcoming, guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor hotel pools to ensure guest safety and enforce all aquatic rules and policies
• Perform water rescues and provide first aid/CPR in emergencies
• Conduct regular pool area inspections and report hazards or maintenance needs
• Maintain a clean, orderly pool deck, towels, and equipment for guests
• Test and record pool water quality; report issues to maintenance promptly
• Communicate courteously with guests, answering questions and providing directions
• Participate in ongoing safety drills and required lifeguard training
• Collaborate with the front desk and housekeeping to support smooth guest experiences
