Catering Manager I

Aramark is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Catering Manager I to join our team in the Food & Beverage Operations department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of catering services, including planning, organizing, and executing catering events from small meetings to large banquets. Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute all catering events coordinating with clients to meet their specific requirements.
• Manage and lead a team of catering staff ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service.
• Oversee the preparation, presentation, and service of food and beverages to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor budgeting and financial management for all catering events to ensure profitability.
• Uphold all health and safety regulations to ensure compliance and safety at all events.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any issues that may arise.
• Evaluate and refine catering processes and offerings based on client feedback and industry trends.
