Regional Retail Buyer

As a Regional Retail Buyer at ARAMARK, you will lead product selection, pricing, and vendor management for retail locations across a multi-site territory in the accommodation and food services industry. You will analyze sales, margins, and guest trends to build profitable assortments, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure reliable, cost-effective supply. Partnering closely with operations, culinary, and finance teams, you'll align retail programs with brand standards, safety, and quality expectations while supporting Aramark's culture of service, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Develop and manage regional retail product assortments aligned with brand, margin, and guest experience goals
• Analyze sales, margin, and inventory data to optimize product mix, pricing, and promotions
• Source and manage vendors, negotiating pricing, terms, and service levels for multiple sites
• Collaborate with operations, culinary, and finance teams to support program launches and updates
• Monitor demand and coordinate purchasing to maintain in-stock levels while minimizing waste
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and brand standards across all purchased items
• Track and report category performance, recommending adjustments based on trends and KPIs
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes, systems, and tools
