Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider you will join our well-established and growing primary care practice in Henderson, Nevada.

In this role, you will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support your patients and their families. This is a non-patient panel position.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate excellent clinical skills and have a dedication to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients. You will exhibit effective communication skills and thrive within a collegial and supportive environment. In this role, you will:

  • Conduct follow up and continuity of care visits along with annual medicare wellness visits
  • Contribute to enhanced professional growth and patient outcomes


Job Requirements

Required

  • Active or eligible license in the state of Nevada as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
  • Current national board certification (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA)
  • BLS certification

Preferred

  • Experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in Family Medicine or Primary Care
  • Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems; experience with Cerner is a plus
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies

145,000 /year
