Details :

• Setting: outpatient primary care clinic for ages 6 months and up (employees and dependents)
• Cases: primary care, diabetes, hypertension
  
• EPIC experience is a plus
• Start: within 2-3 weeks

Required :

• Active VA license
• Active and unrestricted DEA
• Current BLS
• Minimum 1 full year of experience in a primary care setting as an NP

Compensation :
