Warehouse Loader and Local CDL-A Driver

Marvin is hiring a Warehouse Loader and Local CDL-A Driver to support our manufacturing operations in Warroad. In this hands-on role, you'll split time between safely operating a CDL-A truck for local deliveries and loading/unloading materials in the warehouse. You'll handle windows, doors, and building products using forklifts and pallet jacks, verify and secure loads, and follow all DOT and safety procedures. Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL-A truck for local deliveries and pickups of windows, doors, and related materials.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Verify orders, inspect loads, and secure freight to meet safety and quality standards.
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections and follow all DOT and company safety policies.
• Maintain accurate delivery, shipping, and receiving documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to meet delivery schedules.
• Support general warehouse tasks, including staging, organizing, and inventory handling.
• Communicate effectively with customers and teammates to resolve delivery or product issues.
• Report equipment needs, maintenance issues, and safety concerns promptly.
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
