Fixed Wing Pilot

REACH Medical Holdings seeks a skilled Fixed Wing Pilot to support REACH Air Medical Services' critical care transport missions. In this aviation role within Transportation & Logistics, you will safely operate fixed-wing aircraft for emergency and interfacility flights, working closely with a high-performance medical team. You will perform thorough pre-flight planning, evaluate weather and routes, complete detailed checklists, and communicate clearly with dispatch, ATC, and ground crews. Responsibilities

• Operate fixed-wing aircraft for emergency medical transport missions safely and efficiently
• Collaborate closely with medical crew to ensure timely, smooth, and safe patient transfers
• Conduct thorough pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight checks in accordance with FAA and company procedures
• Evaluate weather, route, and performance data to support sound go/no-go decisions
• Maintain accurate flight logs and documentation for all missions
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, ATC, ground teams, and medical partners
• Adhere to all safety, regulatory, and company protocols, fostering a safety-first culture
• Participate in ongoing training, simulations, and safety/quality improvement initiatives
