Fixed Wing Pilot

REACH Medical Holdings seeks a skilled Fixed Wing Pilot to support its emergency air medical transport operations. In this role, you will safely operate fixed-wing aircraft for time-critical missions, partnering closely with flight nurses and medical crews. Responsibilities include flight planning, strict adherence to FAA and REACH safety standards, and precise communication with dispatch and ATC. You'll perform thorough pre- and post-flight checks while maintaining strong situational awareness in dynamic conditions. Responsibilities

• Operate fixed-wing aircraft for emergency medical transports in varying weather and terrain conditions
• Ensure strict adherence to FAA, company, and medical transport regulations and safety protocols
• Coordinate with medical teams to support rapid response, loading, and unloading of patients and equipment
• Conduct thorough pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight checks and documentation
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, air traffic control, and ground teams
• Maintain high levels of situational awareness and risk assessment during all missions
• Participate in ongoing training, safety briefings, and quality improvement initiatives
• Support a safety-first, team-oriented culture aligned with REACH Air standards
