Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL A tractor-trailer on dedicated flatbed routes
• Secure and tarp flatbed loads including steel and building materials
• Comply with all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain equipment
• Manage electronic logs and required documentation accurately
• Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding schedules and delivery status
• Provide professional customer service at pickup and delivery locations
• Follow route plans while adapting to traffic, weather, and road conditions
• Represent Boyd Bros. in a courteous, driver-first manner on and off the road
