CDL A Truck Driver

Transco Lines is hiring CDL A Truck Drivers to haul over-the-road freight for major shippers nationwide. In this safety-first, driver-focused role, you'll operate late-model tractors, manage logs and inspections, and deliver freight on time while following DOT and company regulations. Drivers benefit from strong support staff, steady freight, and multiple route options. You'll communicate with dispatch, maintain equipment, and represent TLI with professionalism, courtesy, and accountability at customer facilities and on the road.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL A tractor-trailer for OTR freight across assigned regions
• Follow all DOT, federal, state, and company safety regulations and procedures
• Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
• Accurately maintain logs and required documentation using ELD systems
• Secure freight properly to prevent damage and ensure load safety
• Communicate regularly with dispatch regarding routes, delays, and delivery updates
• Deliver freight on time while managing schedules and trip planning effectively
• Represent Transco Lines professionally with customers and the motoring public
• Maintain clean, roadworthy equipment and report issues promptly
• Support a driver-first, safety-focused culture through accountability and teamwork
