Local CDL-A Truck Driver

Premier Transportation is seeking professional Local CDL-A Drivers to join our Transportation & Logistics team. In this home-daily role, you'll safely operate late-model tractors, complete local pickups and deliveries, and ensure on-time, damage-free freight handling. Responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, accurate logs and paperwork, and adherence to DOT and company safety standards. Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL-A tractor on local routes
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report defects
• Complete local pickups and deliveries on schedule
• Secure and handle freight to prevent damage
• Maintain accurate ELD logs and required paperwork
• Adhere to all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies
• Communicate with dispatch and customers as needed
• Report incidents, delays, and maintenance needs promptly
• Represent Premier Transportation with professional conduct
• Support a collaborative, safety-focused work culture
