Tire Sales & Installation Team Member

BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking a Tire Sales & Installation Team Member to support our busy wholesale tire center. In this part-time role, you will assist members in selecting the right tires, provide accurate quotes, and process sales using club systems. You'll mount, balance, rotate, and install tires following strict safety and quality standards, operate lifts and tools, and complete work orders accurately. You'll maintain a clean, organized bay, manage basic inventory tasks, and collaborate with teammates to deliver fast, friendly, member-focused service while gaining skills and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist members in selecting appropriate tires and related services
• Prepare accurate quotes and process tire sales through POS systems
• Mount, balance, rotate, and install tires to safety and quality standards
• Operate automotive lifts, tools, and equipment safely
• Complete work orders, documentation, and vehicle service records accurately
• Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and safety issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe service bay and work area
• Support inventory tasks such as stocking, labeling, and cycle counts
• Coordinate appointments and workflow to meet service time expectations
• Collaborate with team members to deliver friendly, efficient member service
