Tire Bay Supervisor

BJ's Wholesale Club seeks a Tire Bay Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations of a busy tire service area. In this full-time, on-site role, you'll supervise team members, schedule work, and ensure safe, efficient tire installation, balancing, and repair while delivering outstanding member service. Responsibilities include managing inventory and supplies, enforcing safety and OSHA standards, maintaining equipment, monitoring productivity and quality, and training associates on procedures and member-focused service. You'll collaborate with club leadership, support continuous improvement, and help grow tire sales in a fast-paced, member-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day tire bay operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high service quality.
• Lead, train, and schedule tire bay associates, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Perform and oversee tire mounting, balancing, rotation, and repair according to safety and quality standards.
• Manage tire and supplies inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stock organization.
• Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and company safety policies, maintaining a clean, hazard-free work area.
• Monitor equipment condition, coordinate basic maintenance, and report repair needs.
• Deliver excellent member service, resolving issues and communicating service options clearly.
• Track productivity, quality, and sales metrics, supporting initiatives to grow tire service revenue.
• Collaborate with club leadership on staffing, promotions, and operational improvements.
• Maintain accurate records for services, inspections, and compliance requirements.
