PM Kitchen Helper

Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Relief Kitchen Helper to support our Food & Beverage Operations team in delivering exceptional dining experiences for independent seniors. In this on-site hospitality role, you'll assist with basic food prep, dishwashing, cleaning, and stocking to keep our resort-style kitchen running smoothly. You'll uphold strict food safety and sanitation standards while supporting cooks and servers during meal service. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused, with a passion for serving seniors in a respectful, resident-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic food preparation and plating for resident meals
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment following sanitation standards
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, storage, and dish areas
• Receive, store, and rotate food and supply deliveries
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and allergen protocols
• Support cooks and servers during peak meal periods
• Properly operate and care for dishwashing and kitchen equipment
• Communicate with team members to ensure timely meal service
