Academic Tutor

City Year is seeking an Academic Tutor to support students' academic and social-emotional growth in partner public schools. In this full-time role, you will provide small-group and one-on-one tutoring in core subjects, track student progress, and collaborate with teachers to align support with classroom instruction. You will serve as a mentor and positive role model, helping students build confidence, set goals, and develop effective learning habits. Responsibilities

• Provide daily in-school academic tutoring and mentoring to students in core subjects
• Support classroom teachers with small-group instruction and individualized attention
