City Year seeks AmeriCorps Members to serve full-time in public schools, supporting students' academic and social-emotional growth. In this education-focused role, you'll provide tutoring, mentor students, assist in classrooms, and lead small-group interventions. You'll collaborate with school staff and a diverse team to create a positive learning environment. Responsibilities

• Provide in-class and small-group academic support in core subjects
• Support students' social-emotional development and engagement
• Collaborate daily with teachers and school staff
• Track and report student progress using data tools
• Participate in training, reflection, and professional development
• Lead or assist with after-school programs and enrichment activities
• Model positive behavior and build strong student relationships
• Contribute to a diverse, inclusive, and equity-focused team culture
