Cast Member

City Year seeks AmeriCorps Members to serve full-time in public schools, supporting students' academic and social-emotional growth. In this education-focused role, you'll provide tutoring, mentor students, assist in classrooms, and lead small-group interventions. You'll collaborate with school staff and a diverse team to create a positive learning environment. Responsibilities

• Provide in-class and small group academic support to students
• Build positive, mentoring relationships with students to support social-emotional growth
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to align support with classroom goals
• Track student progress and participation using provided tools and data systems
• Support after-school or enrichment programming and school-wide events
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
• Contribute to an inclusive, equity-focused school climate and City Year team culture
