Senior HVAC Service Technician

ARS/Rescue Rooter seeks a Senior HVAC Service Technician to lead residential and light commercial service across the Memphis area. In this role, you'll perform expert diagnostics, repair, and maintenance on heating and cooling systems while delivering safety-first, customer-focused service. You'll handle complex calls, coach junior technicians, and ensure work meets code and company standards. Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repair, and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Respond to scheduled and emergency service calls, ensuring timely and professional customer service.
• Verify system performance, test components, and complete start-ups and shut-downs safely.
• Accurately document work performed, parts used, and recommendations in service tickets.
• Follow all safety procedures, codes, and company standards on every job.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in clean, safe working condition.
• Educate customers on findings, options, and recommended repairs or replacements.
• Assist with training and mentoring junior and apprentice technicians.
• Coordinate with dispatch and leadership to prioritize and complete daily workload.
• Support upsell and replacement opportunities aligned with customer needs and company goals.
