Grounds Maintenance Manager

ARAMARK is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Manager to lead daily grounds and landscaping operations for a large accommodation and food services environment. You will supervise grounds staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure safe, attractive, and well-maintained outdoor spaces. Responsibilities include planning and executing lawn care, planting, pruning, snow and debris removal, and basic irrigation upkeep, while enforcing safety and environmental standards. You'll partner with operations and facilities teams, manage vendors, track supplies, and support Aramark's culture of service, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise grounds maintenance staff and daily work assignments
• Plan and execute lawn care, planting, pruning, and seasonal landscaping tasks
• Oversee snow, ice, and debris removal to maintain safe outdoor areas
• Inspect grounds, equipment, and irrigation systems and arrange needed maintenance
• Enforce safety, environmental, and company standards across all grounds activities
• Coordinate with facilities and operations teams to support site needs and events
• Manage vendor relationships, service calls, and contracted work as needed
• Monitor inventory of tools, supplies, and materials and request replenishment
• Maintain records of work performed, schedules, and basic budget or cost data
• Promote Aramark's culture of service, teamwork, and continuous improvement
