Grounds Maintenance Supervisor

ARAMARK seeks a Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily exterior facilities care at a hospitality-focused client site. You will schedule and supervise grounds staff, coordinate landscaping, mowing, trimming, irrigation, and seasonal tasks such as leaf removal and snow/ice control. Responsibilities include inspecting grounds for quality and safety, operating and maintaining equipment, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. You will train team members, support a culture of service and inclusion, and partner with site leaders to keep outdoor areas clean, safe, and welcoming for guests and clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule grounds maintenance staff and daily tasks.
• Oversee mowing, trimming, landscaping, and general exterior upkeep.
• Manage irrigation, seasonal clean-up, and snow/ice removal operations.
• Inspect grounds regularly for safety, cleanliness, and appearance standards.
• Operate and ensure proper maintenance of grounds equipment and tools.
• Order and manage inventory of grounds supplies and materials.
• Train team members on safety procedures, equipment use, and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with Aramark and client safety and environmental policies.
• Coordinate with site leaders to prioritize projects and respond to service requests.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, inclusion, and high-quality guest service.
