Facilities Groundskeeper

ARAMARK is seeking a Facilities Groundskeeper to maintain clean, safe, and attractive outdoor spaces at our client locations. Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, planting, debris removal, snow and ice control, and basic exterior upkeep of walkways, entrances, and common areas. You'll operate and care for landscaping equipment, follow all safety and environmental standards, and support special events setup as needed. Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll help create a welcoming, well-maintained environment that reflects Aramark's commitment to service, safety, and community impact.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, lawns, walkways, and outdoor common areas to cleanliness and appearance standards
• Operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping tools and equipment safely
• Perform planting, mulching, weeding, pruning, and seasonal grounds care
• Remove trash, litter, and debris from exterior areas and outdoor receptacles
• Support snow and ice removal, including application of salt and clearing walkways and entrances
• Conduct basic inspections and light maintenance of grounds equipment and report issues
• Follow all Aramark and client safety, environmental, and reporting procedures
• Assist with outdoor setup and breakdown for events or special activities
• Collaborate with facilities team and respond to supervisor directions and work orders promptly
