Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI seeks an Addiction Recovery Support professional to provide trauma-informed, person-centered services to individuals impacted by substance use disorders. In this role, you will offer coaching, facilitate groups, and assist with recovery planning and navigation of community resources. Responsibilities

  • Provide direct recovery support and coaching to individuals affected by substance use disorders
  • Facilitate individual and group sessions using trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches
  • Assist clients with recovery planning, goal setting, and linkage to community resources and services
  • Collaborate with clinical staff, case managers, and community partners to coordinate care
  • Document client interactions and progress in accordance with agency and regulatory standards
  • Educate clients and families on harm reduction, relapse prevention, and available supports
  • Advocate for client needs while maintaining professional boundaries and ethical practice
  • Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings to enhance service quality
