Lutheran Social Services seeks a Part-Time Support Staff member to provide compassionate, client-centered support across behavioral health, housing, and family service programs. In this role, you will assist clients with daily living tasks, appointments, and group activities while following individualized service plans and maintaining safety, dignity, and confidentiality. You will document services accurately, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and practice trauma-informed, culturally responsive care. Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to clients in behavioral health, housing, and family services programs
  • Assist with daily living activities, appointments, and service coordination
  • Document services, observations, and client progress accurately and timely in required systems
  • Follow individualized service plans and support client independence and goal achievement
  • Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to agency and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with program staff and community partners to address client needs
  • Monitor client safety and promptly report concerns or critical incidents
  • Support transportation, group activities, and program events as needed
  • Participate in trainings, team meetings, and supervision to enhance skills
  • Uphold LSS mission, values, and trauma-informed, culturally responsive practices
