Dining Room Supervisor

RL Communities is seeking a dedicated Dining Room Supervisor to enhance the dining experience at our vibrant senior residential community. This role is crucial for maintaining the high standard of service and hospitality that our residents expect. The Dining Room Supervisor will manage the daily operations of our dining services, oversee staff performance, and ensure that all dining experiences are enjoyable and of high quality. This individual will work closely with the Food Services Manager to implement dining procedures and uphold our commitment to exceptional care and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the dining area, coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Manage and train dining room staff to uphold service standards and comply with safety regulations.
• Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll documentation.
• Ensure all dining areas maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Handle resident inquiries and complaints with regard to dining service.
• Collaborate with the Food Services Manager to manage budgets and forecast needs.
• Implement menu changes and ensure resident dietary needs are met.
