Maintenance Lead

Cargill is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead facilities, maintenance, and asset management in our manufacturing operation. You will oversee a team of technicians, ensuring reliable equipment performance, safe operations, and minimal downtime. Responsibilities include planning and prioritizing work orders, driving preventive and predictive maintenance, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues. You will partner with production, engineering, and EHS to support continuous improvement and capital projects. Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance operations for manufacturing equipment and facility systems
• Plan, prioritize, and assign work orders to maintenance technicians and contractors
• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and utility issues to minimize downtime
• Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and regulatory standards
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets
• Participate in reliability and root-cause analysis initiatives
• Train, coach, and evaluate maintenance team performance
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and EHS on improvement projects
• Support capital projects and continuous improvement efforts
