Assistant Store Manager

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead a fast-paced consumer finance branch. In this role, you'll support daily operations, supervise and coach team members, and deliver short-term credit, installment loans, and check cashing services to underbanked customers. You'll ensure strict compliance with regulations and company policies while driving performance, customer satisfaction, and store growth. Responsibilities

• Support store manager in daily branch operations for consumer lending and financial services
• Assist with staff scheduling, coaching, and performance to meet sales and service goals
• Provide compliant short-term credit, installment loan, and check cashing services to customers
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards
• Handle cash management, transaction accuracy, and reconciliation procedures
• Resolve customer issues professionally while maintaining high service standards
• Monitor store performance metrics and help implement process improvements
• Help train new team members on products, systems, and compliance procedures
• Promote products and services that meet underbanked customer needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure branch environment
