Senior Sales Associate

Music & Arts is seeking a full-time Senior Sales Associate to support students, parents, and educators in our retail store. In this role, you'll guide customers in selecting band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons, delivering exceptional, student-focused service. Responsibilities include driving sales, managing rentals, processing transactions, scheduling lessons, merchandising, and helping maintain store standards. You'll collaborate with a supportive team, engage with local schools and music programs, and grow your skills in a mission-driven, education-focused retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with selecting instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons
• Deliver high-quality, student-focused customer service
• Drive sales to meet or exceed store goals
• Process sales, rentals, and returns using POS systems
• Schedule and manage private lesson appointments
• Maintain merchandising and store presentation standards
• Support basic inventory management and stock replenishment
• Collaborate with team members and support store events
• Engage with local schools and educators as directed by management
