Senior HR Manager

ARAMARK seeks a Bilingual Senior HR Manager to lead HR strategy for our accommodation and food services operations. In this role, you will partner with leaders to drive talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement across diverse frontline and managerial teams. You will oversee employee relations, investigations, and HR compliance while ensuring consistent, bilingual communication of policies and programs. You'll design training, support leadership development, and use HR data to guide decisions. Working within Aramark's culture of service, safety, and inclusivity, you will champion initiatives that enhance workplace experience and support business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy and execution for accommodation and food services operations
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and organizational design
