Onsite Services Specialist

The Service to the Armed Forces Specialist at the American National Red Cross supports military members, veterans, and their families through emergency communication, casework, and referrals. Based within Community & Social Services, this role coordinates services with military installations, VA partners, and community agencies. You will manage client intake, maintain accurate records, and support outreach events and briefings. Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and information to service members, veterans, and their families
• Coordinate emergency communications and referrals to military and community resources
• Support casework, intake, and documentation in line with Red Cross policies
• Collaborate with military installations, VA, and community partners to deliver services
• Assist with outreach events, briefings, and presentations on Red Cross programs
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records and prepare required reports
• Support volunteer engagement and training within Service to the Armed Forces programs
• Participate in disaster and crisis response activities as needed
• Promote diversity, inclusion, and humanitarian values in all interactions
• Use case management and data systems to track services and outcomes
