Onsite Services Specialist

The American National Red Cross seeks a Service to the Armed Forces Specialist to support military members, veterans, and their families through outreach, casework, and emergency communications. In this mission-driven role, you will coordinate services on installations and in surrounding communities, connect clients with vital resources, and collaborate with volunteers and military partners. You will document cases, support disaster and community events, and promote Red Cross programs while upholding our values of compassion, inclusion, and humanitarian service.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and outreach to service members, veterans, and their families
• Coordinate and deliver Red Cross programs on military installations and in communities
• Assist clients with emergency communications and referrals to resources
• Collaborate with volunteers, partners, and military leadership to meet community needs
• Maintain accurate case records and program documentation
• Support disaster response and community education events
• Conduct presentations to promote Red Cross services to the armed forces
• Ensure services are delivered with cultural sensitivity and confidentiality
• Collect data and report on program outcomes and client needs
• Participate in trainings and continuous improvement initiatives
