Onsite Services Specialist

The American National Red Cross seeks a Service to the Armed Forces Specialist to support military members, veterans, and their families. In this role, you will coordinate emergency communications, provide referrals and case support, and deliver outreach on installations and in the community. You'll collaborate with military and VA partners, engage volunteers, and maintain accurate client records. Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and referral services to active-duty members, veterans, and military families
• Coordinate emergency communication messages between service members and their families
• Deliver outreach, briefings, and workshops on Red Cross military family services
• Collaborate with military installations, VA facilities, and community partners
• Maintain accurate client records and case notes in designated systems
• Support disaster response and recovery services for military-affiliated clients
• Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers to support program delivery
• Ensure services are delivered in alignment with Red Cross policies and humanitarian principles
• Collect and report program data and outcomes to supervisors
• Participate in community events to promote Red Cross military programs
