Responsibilities

  • Investigate and evaluate bodily injury auto claims from first notice through resolution
  • Analyze coverage, liability, and damages using policy language and state regulations
  • Review medical records, bills, and supporting documentation to assess injury exposure
  • Negotiate fair, timely settlements within authority while managing claim costs
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers, claimants, attorneys, and providers
  • Document claim files accurately in the claims management system
  • Collaborate with defense counsel and internal partners on litigated and complex claims
  • Adhere to regulatory requirements, internal guidelines, and quality standards
  • Manage a structured caseload, meeting productivity and service-level expectations
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical, legal, and negotiation skills
