Onsite Services Specialist

The American National Red Cross seeks a Service to the Armed Forces Specialist to support military members, veterans, and their families through compassionate casework, emergency assistance, and community outreach. In this mission-driven, nonprofit role, you will coordinate services on and off military installations, connect clients to vital resources, and deliver resiliency and preparedness programs. You will collaborate with military commands, community partners, and volunteers while maintaining accurate case records. Responsibilities

• Provide casework and emergency assistance to service members, veterans, and their families
• Coordinate delivery of Red Cross services on and off military installations
• Conduct outreach, briefings, and workshops on available military family support services
• Collaborate with military commands, VA, and community partners to connect clients with resources
• Respond to emergencies and support disaster and deployment-related needs of military families
• Maintain accurate client records, case notes, and reports in case management systems
• Support volunteer recruitment, training, and engagement for Service to the Armed Forces programs
• Deliver resiliency, preparedness, and reconnection programs to military communities
• Ensure services are delivered in alignment with Red Cross policies and humanitarian principles
• Participate in community events and represent the Red Cross Service to the Armed Forces program
