Responsibilities

• Investigate bodily injury auto claims from first notice through resolution
• Assess coverage, liability, and damages using policy language and facts
• Review medical records, bills, and reports to evaluate injury claims
• Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and providers within authority limits
• Document all claim activity clearly and accurately in claims systems
• Communicate empathetically with customers, keeping them informed on claim status
• Collaborate with internal teams, counsel, and vendors to manage complex claims
• Identify fraud indicators and escalate suspicious claims when appropriate
• Meet or exceed performance, quality, and compliance standards
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical and customer service skills
