Insurance Sales Supervisor

As an Insurance Unit Manager/Supervisor at GEICO, you will lead a team of insurance professionals delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise an insurance service unit to meet performance, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Coach, mentor, and develop representatives through regular feedback, 1:1s, and performance reviews.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and implement action plans to improve productivity and service.
• Ensure compliance with GEICO policies, insurance regulations, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with leadership on staffing, training, and process improvements.
• Use data and reports to drive decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture aligned with GEICO values and customer focus.
• Handle escalated customer or operational issues and resolve them promptly.
