Crew Leader

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking a Crew Leader - Tree Care to oversee commercial tree maintenance projects for HOAs, resorts, and municipalities. Lead a small crew in pruning, removals, planting, cabling, and stump grinding while enforcing strict safety and equipment protocols. Plan daily work, inspect trees, and ensure quality, timely completion, and clean sites. Train and mentor crew members, complete basic job paperwork, and coordinate with supervisors and clients. Responsibilities

• Lead a crew performing tree pruning, removals, planting, and stump grinding on commercial properties
• Enforce safety standards and proper use of tree care and aerial equipment
• Plan and organize daily work schedules, materials, and equipment
• Inspect trees and sites to ensure quality, safety, and job specifications are met
• Train and mentor crew members on techniques, safety, and productivity
• Communicate with supervisors and occasionally clients about job progress
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and ensure proper debris disposal
• Complete basic job paperwork, time records, and equipment reports
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment
• Support implementation of company landscape and tree care standards
