Crew Leader

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking a Crew Leader - Tree Care to supervise daily tree care operations for commercial properties. In this outdoor, hands-on role, you will lead a small crew in pruning, removals, planting, and stump grinding using modern equipment. Responsibilities include reading work orders, assigning tasks, ensuring safety compliance, operating aerial lifts and chippers, and inspecting completed work for quality. You will train crew members, maintain tools and vehicles, and interact professionally with clients and site contacts. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a tree care crew on commercial job sites
• Perform pruning, removals, planting, and stump grinding safely and efficiently
• Operate and oversee use of aerial lifts, chainsaws, chippers, and related equipment
• Implement and enforce all company and OSHA safety procedures
• Plan daily work from schedules and work orders and assign tasks to crew members
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and client specifications are met
• Train and mentor crew members in proper tree care and equipment operation
• Perform basic maintenance and inspections on tools, trucks, and equipment
• Communicate professionally with clients, site contacts, and internal supervisors
• Complete required job paperwork and reports accurately and on time
