Diesel Mechanic Technician

Ryder System is seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic Technician to join our Automotive team in the Transportation & Logistics industry. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel trucks and trailers, ensuring safe, reliable fleet operations for our customers. Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and repairs on diesel trucks and trailers
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair engines, brakes, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Use diagnostic tools, manuals, and OEM software to identify and resolve issues
• Complete accurate work orders and maintenance records in a timely manner
• Follow Ryder and DOT safety standards, ensuring a clean, compliant workspace
• Collaborate with team members and drivers to prioritize and schedule repairs
• Support continuous improvement by suggesting process and equipment enhancements
