Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and repairs on diesel trucks and trailers
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair engines, brakes, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Use diagnostic tools, manuals, and OEM software to identify and resolve issues
- Complete accurate work orders and maintenance records in a timely manner
- Follow Ryder and DOT safety standards, ensuring a clean, compliant workspace
- Collaborate with team members and drivers to prioritize and schedule repairs
- Support continuous improvement by suggesting process and equipment enhancements
