Custodial Services Lead

ARAMARK is seeking a seasonal Custodial Services Lead to support our accommodation and food services operations. In this role, you will lead a custodial team to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming facilities for guests and staff. You will assign tasks, train team members, operate equipment, inspect work quality, and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Responsibilities

• Lead a seasonal custodial team in delivering clean, safe facilities for guests and staff
• Assign daily tasks, monitor work quality, and ensure completion of cleaning schedules
• Operate and maintain custodial equipment and cleaning supplies safely
• Train new team members on cleaning standards, safety, and company procedures
• Inspect restrooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces, addressing issues promptly
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection-control guidelines
• Communicate with supervisors and client contacts on service needs and priorities
• Support inventory control for cleaning products and report maintenance needs
