Custodial Manager

As a Custodial Manager at ARAMARK, you will lead daily cleaning and facility services for diverse clients in the Facilities & Maintenance department. You'll supervise custodial teams, coordinate schedules, manage supplies, and uphold safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Partnering closely with clients and internal leaders, you'll drive service excellence while modeling Aramark's culture of teamwork, inclusivity, and ethical behavior. Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule custodial staff to ensure clean, safe facilities across client sites.
• Monitor quality standards, conduct inspections, and address service issues promptly.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, and company policies and procedures.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members, promoting teamwork and inclusivity.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to support service excellence goals.
• Track labor and supply costs, supporting budgeting and cost-control efforts.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and work orders using digital tools.
