Environmental Services Training Manager

As Environmental Services Training Manager at ARAMARK, you will lead the design and delivery of training for housekeeping and environmental services teams in hospitality and facility settings. You will standardize cleaning, disinfection, and waste-handling practices, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and conduct audits to drive quality and efficiency. Partnering with operations leaders, you will onboard new staff, upskill existing teams, track performance, and support a culture of service, teamwork, and continuous improvement across client locations.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for environmental services staff
• Standardize cleaning, disinfection, and waste-handling procedures across locations
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards
• Conduct routine quality audits and inspections to assess performance
• Collaborate with site and operations leaders to align training with service goals
• Maintain training documentation, records, and certification tracking
• Use data and feedback to improve training content and methods
• Coach supervisors on effective staff development and performance management
• Support implementation of new products, equipment, and processes
• Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and service excellence
