Hospitality Aide

Mount Carmel Care Center in North Adams, MA seeks a compassionate Hospitality Aide to support residents and nursing staff in our faith-based skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities include assisting with meal service and tray delivery, offering non-clinical support with daily activities, maintaining clean and comfortable resident rooms and common areas, and providing friendly, respectful interaction to enhance residents' comfort and dignity. You'll work closely with nursing and dietary teams in a warm, mission-driven environment that values teamwork, resident relationships, and opportunities to grow in elder care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal service, tray delivery, and dining room set-up and clean-up
• Provide non-clinical support with residents' daily comfort needs under nursing direction
• Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming resident rooms and common areas
• Support infection control and safety procedures throughout the facility
• Offer kind, respectful companionship and assist residents to activities as appropriate
• Observe and promptly report resident concerns or changes to nursing staff
• Collaborate with nursing, dietary, and activities teams to support care plans
• Uphold resident dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in all interactions
