Senior Performance Improvement Specialist

Constellation Energy seeks a Senior Performance Improvement Specialist to drive operational excellence across our energy portfolio. In this role, you will analyze performance data, identify process gaps, and lead cross-functional initiatives that improve reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will apply structured methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma to design solutions, standardize workflows, and measure impact. Partner closely with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to support innovation, sustainability, and cost-reduction goals in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance improvement initiatives across utility operations to enhance efficiency, reliability, and customer outcomes
• Analyze operational data, KPIs, and process workflows to identify performance gaps and root causes
• Develop, implement, and monitor process improvement plans using Lean/Six Sigma or similar methodologies
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design solutions, standardize processes, and implement best practices
• Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and results to stakeholders
• Support change management activities, including training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
• Track, measure, and report on the impact of improvement projects on cost, safety, quality, and sustainability goals
• Support strategic initiatives that advance Constellation Energy's innovation and sustainability objectives
