Technician, Plumbing Service

Timos is seeking a Plumbing Service Technician to support our transportation and warehousing facilities. You will inspect, install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for terminals, depots, and offices, ensuring safe, reliable water, drainage, and fuel-related lines. Responsibilities include troubleshooting leaks and blockages, performing preventive maintenance, coordinating with facility and operations teams to minimize downtime, and documenting work in digital maintenance systems. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values ownership, data-driven decisions, and continuous improvement across our European logistics network.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in terminals, depots, and offices
• Diagnose and troubleshoot leaks, clogs, and pressure issues in water and drainage systems
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans to plan plumbing layouts
• Ensure compliance with relevant building, plumbing, and safety codes
• Coordinate work with facility, operations, and safety teams to minimize service disruption
• Maintain accurate digital records of work in maintenance/CMMS tools
• Respond to urgent plumbing issues and support after-hours emergencies as needed
• Monitor inventory of plumbing parts, tools, and materials and request replenishment
• Contribute to continuous improvement of facility reliability and maintenance processes
