Shopper

As an Instacart Shopper, you play a critical role in our mission to offer timely grocery delivery and a superior customer experience. You will be responsible for managing orders, hand-picking items from a variety of retail partners, ensuring order accuracy, and handling delivery with care and efficiency. This role requires a focus on great service, an eye for quality, a commitment to the customers' specifications, and a consistently positive attitude. As the face of Instacart, you will ensure a smooth, pleasant, and compliant shopping experience while adhering to designated timelines.

Responsibilities

• Carefully select items as per customer orders from various retail locations.
• Adhere to shopping lists and preferences, paying close attention to product quality and expiry dates.
• Manage multiple orders simultaneously without compromising on service quality.
• Communicate effectively with customers about substitutions and potential delays.
• Maintain a timely manner of delivery, ensuring all orders are accurate and handled with care.
• Follow all health safety guidelines especially pertinent to current public health situations.
