Warehouse Support Technician

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits seeks a Warehouse Support Technician II to support efficient distribution of leading wine and spirits brands. In this role, you will help coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, stage and verify orders, and use warehouse management systems to track inventory and documentation. You'll operate material handling equipment, assist with cycle counts, and help resolve shipment or inventory discrepancies. You'll also support safety, cleanliness, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating closely with warehouse leads, drivers, and logistics teams to meet customer and supplier service standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support inbound and outbound shipments
• Stage, verify, and wrap orders for delivery
• Use WMS or RF scanners to track inventory and orders
• Assist with inventory counts, reconciliations, and adjustments
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
• Prepare and verify shipping/receiving documentation
• Collaborate with leads, drivers, and logistics teams to meet schedules
• Report and help resolve inventory or shipment discrepancies
• Support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives
